Lot A 9.77 ha (24.14 Acres)
Lot B 4.95 ha (12.24 Acres)
Lot C 3.47 Ha (8.57 acres) or
Entire 18.19 hectares (44.95 acres).
Lands to be let naked of entitlements. Entitlements are available if tenant wants to purchase or rent them.

Note successful applicants will be required to sign the standard IFA Master lease as amended and sample of same is available on request.
Submissions of interest to include landlord/trade references, accountant`s/Agri-Consultant`s recommendation letter to be received at our office no later than 5 pm on Friday the 9th of February by post REA Eoin Dillon 42 Kenyon Street, Nenagh or email only eoin@readillon.ie.
