As a member of REA, you'll have the resources of one of Ireland's leading property network groups while retaining your independence. We are not a franchise - all offices are owned and operated independently under a collective brand by qualified professionals. With us, you will be able to offer your clients a unique combination of in-depth local knowledge, fully supported by the resources of a nationwide organisation.
There is genuine collaboration among our members. There are no territorial boundaries between our offices and this has fostered and developed a business support system within our members' companies with regular joint agency, sales and valuation referrals and inter-agency consultancy where expertise from one office can be imported to another on a contract basis.
We are a team of over 250 people in towns, villages and cities all over Ireland.
We see our members as our colleagues, our friends and our people.
We see our clients as our customers, our friends and our people.
We are passionate about our people.
This is why we are dedicated to doing what's best.
This is why we are committed to always being professional.
Our passion for people is why we are REA.
Real Estate Alliance has helped in various aspects of our business from marketing to conducting complex valuations. The relationships built over the years have ensured we feel part of a much bigger team than one office in Nenagh. I would have no hesitation in recommending Real Estate Alliance to an interest party.
I enjoy being part of a like-minded group of people who can share information and ideas on best practice. Sharing experience is a vital part of being a member of REA and we have huge expertise in many areas and members are more than happy to share their knowledge with a colleague.
There are great opportunities to share information and discuss property matters without fear or favour. There is collegiality from being part of an estate agency network, both nationally and regionally.
Being part of REA gives our business support and availability of knowledge in all aspect of property business, in particular on properties matters that our office would not deal with on a day to day basis. This is an invaluable tool in providing an expansive service to current and new clients. Being part of a national brand has further opened doors to number of corporate clients.
Without question the single most important aspect of being a member of REA is being able to pick up the phone and get advice from a fellow member whether about a difficult "client, sale or valuation" and know the advice will be given without any agenda, or self interest but from a colleague and friend who would like to see the best outcome for me and my company.
I would say the benefit of the group is combined experience if you have a query regarding something along with the benefit of further exposure in the market place. The valuation instructions from head office is a large part of our turn over. Being a part of a brand recognised all over the country produces more business for our company.
It's a great support network with decades of experience & knowledge in all aspects of the real estate business. Strength in numbers allowing our grouping to carry none of the administrative & financial concerns of other groups whilst allowing us to punch well above our weight in the corporate sector.
The benefit of being part of REA for me is being able to pick up the phone to a colleague and talk out an issue. Be it a valuation or sale comparable or an issue you haven't come across before, the broad experience in the group ensures that someone has encountered nearly everything you could come across in the industry. It is having a chat after a meeting with members and most importantly as a sole practitioner, feeling like you are not isolated and on your own. Obviously, the back up from head office is crucial and the role this plays in central business cannot be understated.
