SITUATION & DESCRIPTION:

The lands are situated approximately 1.8km off the N52 Delvin / Mullingar road lying about 4km equal distance from the villages of Drumcree and Delvin, while Mullingar is approximately 20 miles distance.  The village of Delvin caters adequately for all the day to day shopping requirements and there is also a good choice of educational and recreational facilities in the immediate vicinity.
